1. Ownership

WildCard Nature, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, user interface, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by WildCard Nature and its licensors.

2. Protected Content

The following elements are protected by copyright and/or trademark:

• WildCard Nature - Application name and brand
• WCN - NFT collection symbol
• App icon, logos, and visual identity
• User interface design and layouts
• Card frame designs and templates
• AI art style configurations and prompts
• Source code and software architecture
• Marketing materials and website content

3. User-Generated Content

Your Photos

You retain full copyright ownership of original photographs you take using the App. By using the App, you grant WildCard Nature a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process your photos to generate AI-stylized cards
• Store generated card images for your collection
• Display cards in the App interface

Generated Cards

AI-generated card artwork is a derivative work created from your photos using our proprietary AI styles. Ownership of generated cards:

• You own the specific card instances in your collection
• You may mint cards as NFTs and sell/transfer them
• The underlying AI style and card template remain our property
• You may not extract or reuse the AI models or styles

4. NFT Rights

When you mint a card as an NFT:

• You own the NFT token and can sell or transfer it
• Ownership transfers with the NFT on secondary sales
• You receive a license to display and use the artwork
• Commercial rights are limited to personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly granted
• WildCard Nature retains a 5% royalty on secondary sales

5. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App or its components
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
• Use our branding or trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our card templates or styles
• Claim ownership of the WildCard Nature brand or technology

6. Third-Party Content

The App may include third-party software and services:

• React Native and related open-source libraries (MIT License)
• Solana blockchain infrastructure
• AI image generation services

These components are subject to their respective licenses and terms.

7. DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• Your signature (electronic or physical)

8. Enforcement
